AI automation for
your entire team
One person builds a workflow. Everyone on the team runs it. Fazm turns hours of repetitive desktop work into voice commands that any team member can use - no coding, no training, no cloud screen data.

How Fazm works for teams
The same AI agent that automates individual desktops - now with the controls, sharing, and visibility your organization needs.
Admin builds workflows
Create reusable automation templates using natural language. No scripting required. Test them, refine them, then publish to your team library.
Team members run them
Anyone on the team triggers shared workflows with a voice command or click. Fazm handles the rest - navigating apps, filling forms, moving data between tools.
Admin monitors and iterates
See which workflows are used most, review audit logs, and refine templates based on real usage. Continuous improvement without engineering sprints.

Enterprise features
Everything you need to deploy AI automation at scale, with the controls your IT and security teams require.
Shared workflow library
Build a workflow once, deploy it to every team member. Admins create and curate reusable automation templates that anyone on the team can run with a voice command or a click.
Admin controls
Manage which apps and websites Fazm can interact with across your org. Set policies for sensitive actions, restrict access to specific tools, and enforce approval workflows for high-risk operations.
Audit trail
Every action Fazm takes is logged with timestamps, the triggering command, and the exact steps executed. Export audit logs for compliance reviews, incident investigation, or process optimization.
Role-based access
Define what each team member can automate. Give sales reps access to CRM workflows, restrict finance workflows to the accounting team, and let admins manage it all from a central dashboard.
SSO and identity
Connect Fazm to your existing identity provider. SAML, OIDC, and directory sync keep user management in one place. No separate passwords, no shadow IT.
On-prem deployment
For organizations that need full control, deploy Fazm on your own infrastructure. No data leaves your network. Self-hosted management server with fleet-wide policy enforcement.
Why local-first matters for enterprise
Most AI automation tools send your screen data to the cloud. Fazm does not. Here is why that matters when your team handles sensitive information.
Screen data never leaves the device
Fazm processes screen content locally using Apple's ScreenCaptureKit. Your team's screens - with all their sensitive data, internal tools, and customer information - stay on each Mac.
No vendor has access to your workflows
Your automation templates, knowledge graphs, and process documentation live on your machines. There is no cloud service that stores what your team does or how they work.
Open source and auditable
Every line of code is available on GitHub under MIT license. Your security team can audit exactly what Fazm does before you deploy it. No black boxes.
Works without internet
Core automation runs locally. If your network goes down, your team's workflows keep running. The only network dependency is the AI model for planning - and even that can be self-hosted.

Frequently asked questions
How does Fazm work across a team?
Each team member installs Fazm on their Mac. An admin creates workflow templates - reusable automations for common tasks like filing expenses, updating CRM records, or processing invoices. These templates are shared across the team through a central library. When a team member needs to run a workflow, they trigger it with a voice command or click. The automation runs locally on their machine.
What data does Fazm collect from team members?
By default, Fazm collects nothing. Screen processing, file access, and the personal knowledge graph all run locally on each Mac. The only data that leaves a team member's machine is the text intent sent to the AI model for action planning. With audit logging enabled, action logs are stored in your admin dashboard - but these contain commands and steps, not screen data or file contents.
Can we use our own AI model?
Yes. Fazm supports bring-your-own-key for Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and other providers. For maximum data control, you can point Fazm at a self-hosted model running on your own infrastructure. This means zero data leaves your network - not even the text intent.
How is this different from RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere?
Traditional RPA requires months of workflow design, brittle screen coordinates, and dedicated automation engineers. Fazm uses AI to understand what is on screen and adapt to UI changes automatically. A new workflow takes minutes to create, not months. And because Fazm uses natural language, any team member can build automations - not just engineers.
What about compliance and regulations?
Fazm's local-first architecture is built for compliance. Screen data never leaves the device, which simplifies GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 requirements. Audit logs provide the documentation trail your compliance team needs. Role-based access controls ensure team members only interact with the tools and data they are authorized to use.
How many team members can use Fazm?
Fazm scales from small teams to enterprise deployments. There is no per-seat limit on the software itself. Enterprise plans include fleet management tools for deploying, updating, and managing Fazm across hundreds or thousands of Macs.
