By using Fazm ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fazm is a macOS desktop application that acts as an AI computer agent, helping you automate tasks across your computer and connected services including Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all actions taken by Fazm on your behalf
• You must review and approve actions before they are executed when prompted
• You must not use Fazm for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. AI-Generated Actions

Fazm uses AI models to interpret your requests and take actions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated actions may occasionally be incorrect or unexpected. You should review important actions before confirming them.

5. Third-Party Services

Fazm integrates with third-party services (Google Workspace, AI model providers). Your use of these services through Fazm is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

Fazm is open-source software available at github.com/m13v/fazm. The Fazm name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Fazm.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fazm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized actions, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fazm after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
